We just adore and cherish this condo. We believe it is the best and most secluded condo in the 3 building complex. Its location is far from all roads and it is very quiet. The unique back-right-corner location is the only one with ground-floor, direct access to large manicured lawns, the recreation complex and the walking paths. It is just seconds away from the living room to the outdoor pool, recreation center, a massive award-winning garden area, open lawns for picnics & playing, and much more. During spring and summer the views of the trees and flowers from the living room are very soothing and relaxing. Having the sun stream into the living room at 3pm each day just has to be seen, and was the primary reason we bought the condo the same day we saw it 8-1/2 years ago. Living in this condo is all about `location, location, location`, the community, and the fabulous + large grounds surrounding the 3 buildings.
